How much is delivery, and how fast is it?

UK shipping is free on every order. We pack orders within 1–2 business days, then delivery normally takes 3–5 business days, with tracking.

What is the free gift?

Every order ships with a free gift from the Arcanex team. From £80 you also get a Vault X 9-pocket binder, added to your bag automatically, and you pick its colour in your bag.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. Every product we sell is 100% original and factory sealed. We never sell resealed or repacked product.

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-order products are clearly marked on the product page. We ship them as soon as they arrive from the distributor, around the official release date.

Can I cancel or return my order?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us before sending anything back. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.

Which language are the cards in?

The language is always shown at the top of the product page. English products are English editions; Japanese, Korean and Chinese products are clearly marked.

Something is wrong with my order. What do I do?

Sorry about that! Contact us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right.
